Portfolio
Building Chemicals Portfolio
Concrete Admixtures
Standards: compliant with ASTM C494 Type A/F/G and EN 934-2. Set accelerators and retarders: optimise concrete setting time for the prevailing climate. Freeze–thaw admixtures: preserve microstructure stability in cold climates.
Waterproofing Chemicals
Crystalline waterproofing admixtures: fill capillary voids to deliver permanent impermeability. Liquid membranes and bitumen emulsions: elastic waterproofing on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Polyurethane and acrylic-based systems: for applications demanding high crack-bridging capability.
Adhesives and Mortars
Ceramic and natural stone adhesives: class C1, C2, S1 and S2 products (EN 12004). Grouts and repair mortars: formulations resistant to water and UV. Industrial floor mortars: epoxy or polyurethane based, with high abrasion resistance.
Protection and Strengthening Products
Epoxy injection resins: high adhesion for repairing concrete cracks. Surface hardeners: powder, liquid or premix types (with calcium fluorosilicate, quartz or corundum). Anti-corrosion coatings: protect steel reinforcement and metal surfaces against rust.
Flooring and Coating Systems
Industrial epoxy coatings: for areas requiring chemical and mechanical resistance. Polyurethane coatings: systems with high flexibility, UV resistance and colour stability. Decorative coating systems: aesthetic, durable solutions for commercial spaces.
Logistics
Supply and Logistics
Building chemicals are supplied in 20–25 kg bags and big bags for powder products, and in pails, jerrycans, drums and IBCs for liquid products. Products are sourced from certified manufacturers in Europe, Türkiye, the Middle East and Asia; shipments are palletised and stretch-wrapped and sent by container or road under EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP delivery terms. For temperature- and frost-sensitive products, storage and transport conditions are built into the shipping plan; every batch is sent with a technical data sheet (TDS), safety data sheet (SDS) and certificate of analysis.
