01Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Fonte Global (Koç Kuleleri, A Blok D:13, Çankaya / Ankara · info@fonteglobal.com), in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

02Personal data processed

Through the contact form: your full name, company name, business email address, phone number, address and any information you share in your message.

For transaction security: the date and time the form was submitted, your IP address and browser information.

03Purposes of processing

To evaluate and respond to your request; to carry out quotation and supply processes; to establish and maintain a business relationship; to protect the security of the website and its forms against misuse; and to fulfill our legal obligations.

04Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK, namely that processing is “directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,” is “necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,” and is “necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”

05Data transfers

To the extent necessary to fulfill your request, your data may be shared with our business partners, with the providers of our hosting and email services, and, upon request, with authorized public institutions and organizations. Where our service providers’ servers are located outside Türkiye, transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

06Method of collection

Your data is collected electronically, by automated means, through the contact form on our website.

07Retention period

Form records are retained, from the conclusion of your request, for as long as the business relationship requires and for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation; once these periods expire, they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

08Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; request its rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its erasure or destruction where the relevant conditions are met; object to any outcome to your detriment that arises from analysis by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.
